IEWO is lead by a Council, including advisory elders/mothers
as well as Executive Committee body. In addition IEWO has
eight other divisions and subcommittee.
IEWO members will be participating wherever they maybe across the world by organizing and creating branches
like the following on both international and regional levels.
1. Affairs of Women and Children
2.Organizational affairs and Youth matters
3.Political and Social Affairs
4. Financial and material resources
5. Publications and Media (newspaper, radio etc.)
6. Health and Community services
7. Study and Research division
8. Peace and Development
IEWO has women elders as advisers to the Council as well.
